Oil Pan: Service and Repair
11 13 000 Removing and installing, sealing or replacing oil sump (N14)
Special tools required:

11 9 581

11 9 582
Necessary preliminary tasks:
^
Drain engine oil.
Release oil sump bolts in area of line (1).
Tighten Oil sump to crankcase
2AZ Oil sump to crankcase
M6x16 .............................................................................................................................................................................................................. 12 Nm
Release screw (1) over exhaust manifold with special tools 11 9 582 and 11 9 581.
Clean sealing face (1) with special tool 11 4 470.
