Installation Note:
Tightening torque 64 11 4AZ See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Specifications.
Ensure gasket (4) is correctly seated.
Replace all sealing rings and moisten with suitable refrigerant oil prior to fitting.
Vent cooling system See: Service and Repair/Venting Cooling System and Checking for Water Leaks and check for leaks.
Remove holder (1).
Remove heater (1) with a 2nd person helping.
Installation Note:
Heater is held by carrier for instrument panel.
When installing carrier for instrument panel, make sure heater is in correct position.
Installation Note:
Make sure heater is correctly seated on condensate drain (1).
