1. Disable airbag system as described under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG SYSTEM DISARMING.
2. Disconnect battery ground cable, then discharge refrigerant from system as outlined under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/FREON
RECOVERY.
3. Disconnect suction hose and liquid pipe from evaporator.
4. Remove glove box stoppers, then the glove box, Figs. 22 and 23.
