Throttle Cable/Linkage: Adjustments
With Cruise Control
Cruise Control Actuator Cover
1. Remove the cruise control actuator cover.
Accelerator Cable And Pedal Assembly (W/ Cruise Control)
2. Loosen the adjusting nuts A, B, and C.
Cable "C" (Accelerator) Adjustment Point
3. Adjust accelerator cable A. With the intermediate link C of the actuator held against the stopper (in the direction indicated), turn the adjusting nut
to remove slack. At the point that the cable becomes tight, back off the nut 2 turns and secure with the lock nut.
Inner Cable Free play: 2 - 3 mm (0.08 - 0.12 in)
