e. Press down lockpin using a suitable Phillips head screwdriver to remove lock cylinder, Fig. 13.
2. Reverse numbered sequence as shown, Fig. 10 to assemble, noting the following:
a. Line up "Neutral" mark of clockspring with mating mark to center clockspring. If clockspring is not centered, problems such as
intermediate failure of steering wheel to turn or broken ribbon cable in clockspring could occur. As a result, they might hinder proper
operation of SRS, resulting in serious injury.
