Brake Caliper: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect and plug brake hose.
2. Remove upper and lower caliper mounting bolts.
3. Remove caliper assembly; then, if necessary, separate from brake pads as outlined under Brake Pad.
4. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:

a. Measure brake drag torque as outlined under Brake Pad.
b. Tighten brake hose fitting to specifications.
c. Bleed brake system as outlined under Brake System Bleed.
