Accelerator Pedal Switch: Adjustments
1.
With engine warm, 176 to 194° F, turn off engine.

With pedal fully released, test for continuity between the switch contacts. Continuity should exist.
3.
With ohmmeter still connected gradually depress pedal, switch should open when accelerator pedal is moved no more than 0.08 to 0.24 inches. If
stroke required to open switch is greater than specification adjust.
