MODEL: 2000-04 Diamante
SUBJECT:
NO AIR COMING FROM UPPER VENTS
PURPOSE
Customers may report no air coming from the face vents during heater or A/C operation, typically when the NC is turned to maximum cooling. This
condition may be due to the A/C linkage on the heater case becoming separated from the face vent door lever.
Follow the instructions in this bulletin for installing a 1/4" bolt retainer to secure the control lever to the face vent door lever, to prevent them from
separating when the ventilation mode is changed Then adjust the heater case lever timing to ensure proper operation.
