Speedometer Head: Description and Operation

Electric type speedometer

With the ignition switch turned to ON position, the speedometer operates.

The electric type speedometer uses an electric circuit to shape the wave of the electric signal from the vehicle speed sensor and after calculating
vehicle speed, it drives the pointer.
