This bulletin introduces revised service manual procedures for easier removal of the heater control panel on the 1995 Eclipse.
To reference this bulletin in the service manual, write the TSB Revision number in the TSB Revision box located at the bottom of the affected service
manual page. The 1996 manual contains this new information.
