Owners will not receive a letter if warranty records indicate that their vehicle has had a repair which included timing belt replacement using oil of the
following part numbers:
MD182291 or MD171748 (Eclipse/Galant)
MD199418 or MD182201 (Mirage).
Supplemental Dealer Information
At the beginning of this campaign launch, all affected Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINS) will be loaded into the MMSA Diamond Network system
regardless of customer notification letter distribution sequence. This means dealers could perform this campaign procedure before the customer receives
their notification letter if verification of involvement is made.
