5. Connect the inner wire of the control cable to the end of the damper lever (Figure 5).

6. Connect the outer casing of the control cable wire to its retaining clip, making sure the air selection lever on the instrument panel remains in the

(inside air) position. For Trucks, the air selection lever on the instrument panel must remain the the (outside air) position (Figure 6).

7. Move the air selection lever through its full rartge of motion two or three times, returning it to the (inside air) position. For Trucks, return the lever to

the (outside air) position (Figure 7).
