adjust the sash frame in the following manner:

Roll down the window fully.

Bend the sash frame slightly outward, by hand, about 1 mm.

Retest window operation.

If the window operates normally, reinstall the door panel trim and return the vehicle to the customer. (Refer to the NOTE under Procedure A.) If
the window is still difficult to operate, go to PROCEDURE D for vehicles built before 3/92, or PROCEDURE E for vehicles built after 3/92.
Procedure D: Widening Front Window Track
FOR VEHICLES BUILT BEFORE 3/92
1.
Remove the door mirror trim and loosen the three mirror bolts.
2.
Next to the door mirror, pull about 7 inches of the rubber runchannel away from the front window track.
