Eclipse L4-2.4L SOHC (2004)
1. Disconnect the clock spring connector C-84.
2. Measure resistance between terminal 3 and ground.

The measured value should be 2 ohm or less.
Q: Does the measured resistance value correspond with this range?
YES: Go to Step 7
NO: Go to Step 5.
STEP 5. Check the clock spring connector C-84 and radio and cd player connector C-21 for damage.
Q: Is clock spring connector C-84 and radio and cd player connector C-21 in good condition?
