For proper reassembly, mark the location of a bearing hub stud and its corresponding hole in the rotor.

3.

Remove the driveshaft nut.

4.

Remove the brake rotor.

5.

Make a paint mark on the flange nut side of the bracket as shown. Use this mark during reassembly, to install the bolts from the correct direction.

6.

Remove the two nuts and bolts securing the knuckle upper end to the strut.

CAUTION

Use care to prevent damage to the ABS wheel speed sensor cable.

7.

Pull out the driveshaft from the wheel bearing hub shaft.
