Install the foam tape over the five slot openings in the body behind the rear quarter trim panel, with the slit in each tape parallel to the slot.

Reinstall the speaker. Verify that the buzz or rattle is eliminated during audio operation.

Reinstall the rear quarter trim panel and verify that the buzz or rattle is eliminated during audio operation.
