Inspection
Engine Coolant Temperature Gauge
1. Remove the power supply tightening screw.
2. Use an ohmmeter to measure the resistance value between the terminals.
CAUTION: When inserting the testing probe into the power supply terminal, be careful not to touch the printed board.
Standard value:
Power Supply-Ground.........................................................................................................................................................................178.9 ± 18 Ohms
Power Supply-Coolant Temperature Gauge............................................................................................................................................54 ± 2.7 Ohms
Coolant Temperature Gauge-Ground..................................................................................................................................................232.9 ± 23 Ohms
