14. Installation the oil seal using crankshaft rear oil seal installation tool Nos. MD998776 and MB990938, or equivalent.
15. Apply Mitsubishi Genuine Part No. MD970389, or equivalent sealant, to the oil seal case.
NOTE:
-
Be sure to install the case quickly while the sealant is wet (within 15 minutes).

After installation, keep the sealed area away from the oil and coolant for approximately one hour.
