Reinstall the guide rail rod holder.

Repeat steps 7 through 14 for the other side of the sunroof.

Reinstall the sunroof glass. Be sure the glass is properly adjusted (flush with glass seal and without gaps).

With the sunroof in the fully closed position reinstall the sunroof drive motor.
CAUTION:
Be sure that the motor insert clip located over the drive gear area is in place before installing the drive motor. If the clip is not in place, the sunroof
cable or gear may disengage, or the motor may not operate properly.
18.
Install a new sunroof control unit as follows:
a.
Move the sunroof to the fully closed position.
b.
Adjust the control unit timing by turning the rotating wheel until both white marks appear in the viewing windows at the same time.
c.
Attach the control unit to the sunroof tray bracket.
d.
Secure the control unit to the bracket by wrapping a plastic tie wrap around the middle of the control unit and through the slot on the
bracket. After tightening the tie wrap, cut off any excess tie wrap material.
19.
Confirm that the sunroof operates correctly.
