Inspect the harness for damage. If there is damage, repair the harness. If there is no damage, or after any harness damage is repaired, reroute the
harness away from the edge of the heat protector as shown.

Reattach the sensor/bracket assembly to its original position and torque the bolt to 10 to 20 Nm.
CAUTION
WHEN REATTACHING AND TIGHTENING THE CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR BRACKET, MAKE SURE THE SENSOR HARNESS
IS NOT PINCHED BETWEEN THE SENSOR BRACKET AND THE POWER STEERING PUMP/BRACKET ASSEMBLY.
6.
Reinstall the engine coolant reservoir bottle.
