Recent TSB-04-55-007 notes that often the HVAC drain is blocked by internal foam that is out of position. Correcting this condition properly requires
removal of the HVAC module.
If there is internal debris found on Endeavor models, new cowl cover parts are available to seal this area better. A previously issued TSB instructed to
use the cabin air filter to eliminate external debris from entering. This is not, however, the preferred repair as the filter may reduce HVAC air flow.
TSB-04-55-008 is cross-referenced to TSB-04-55-007 and revises TSB-03-55-008REV to remove the cabin air filter recommendation for Endeavor.
