ENDEAVOR FUEL FILLER PIPE WARRANTY EXTENSIONS
This bulletin supercedes TSB-10-13-004, issued June, 2010, to expand the affected model years.
PURPOSE
Mitsubishi Motors North America Inc. is extending the warranty for fuel filler pipe perforation on affected vehicles to 10 years or 150,000 miles
whichever comes first from the original vehicle in- service date. This extended limited warranty covers the fuel filler pipe currently installed on all
affected vehicles even if the original part was previously replaced.
AFFECTED VEHICLES
2004-2010 Endeavor models, except vehicles included in Safety Recall SR-11-001.
CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION
A copy of the customer notification letter is shown in this bulletin.
If a customer is seeking reimbursement because they have already paid to have the fuel filler pipe replaced on their vehicle inform them to submit a copy
of the original repair order listing the fuel filler pipe replacement part number and proof of payment for the repair (original receipt marked paid copy of
cancelled check or credit/debit card receipt) to the following address for reimbursement:
