Fuel Pressure Release: Service and Repair

1.

Remove grommet below floor and disconnect fuel pump connector.

2.

Start engine and allow engine to runout of fuel.

3.

Crank engine two or three times to release remaining fuel pressure.

4.

Place ignition switch to Off position.

5.

After fuel system repairs are completed, connect fuel pump electrical connections.
