Disconnect battery ground cable.

Remove horn pad assembly.
3.
Remove spring holder.
4.
Remove steering wheel using a suitable steering wheel puller. Do not hammer on steering column to remove it, doing so may damage the
collapsible mechanism.
5.
Reverse procedure to install, installing the spring clip as shown in Fig. 5, and pressing downward on the horn pad to install it into the steering
wheel.
