1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Drain cooling system into a suitable container.
3. Remove floor console and instrument panel as outlined under BODY ELECTRICAL SAFETY AND ENTERTAINMENT/INSTRUMENT
PANELS AND CLUSTERS/COMPONENT REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR PROCEDURES/INSTRUMENT CLUSTER.
4. Remove blower motor housing assembly and heater core assembly in numbered sequence shown in Fig. 7, pushing in center of joint duct clip for
removal, Fig. 8.
5. Reverse procedure to install, filling cooling system and checking for leaks after completion.
