Wiper Relay: Testing and Inspection
Front
1. With column switch connected, turn ignition switch to ACC position.
2. Place wiper switch at INT position, then check voltage between terminal 3 and ground. Voltage should alternate from zero to battery voltage.
3. If results are not as specified, replace relay.
