Cut off a 4 inch piece of electrical tape and wrap it around the lower projection of the combination meter (Figure 3).

Cut off 4 (four) 1 inch pieces of electrical tape. Place and layer each piece over the top of the upper projection of the combination meter (Figure
3).

Reinstall the bezel.

7.

Carefully reinstall the trip meter knob. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!
