Fuel Accumulator: Testing and Inspection
No testing procedures for the fuel accumulator are available from the manufacturer at this time. For an acceptable rule of thumb, if any of the following
symptoms are observed the accumulator is probably at fault:
1.
Excessive fuel pump noise.
2.
Vapor lock
3.
Pressure pulsations (observed on the gauge) during fuel pump pressure test.
