Remove the steering wheel assembly. Refer to Group 37 in the appropriate service manual. Then remove the column switch assembly. Refer to
Group 54 in the appropriate service manual.
3.
Insert the washer over the top mounting screw as shown.
4.
Reinstall the column switch assembly and steering wheel assembly.
