Fig. 15 Removing defroster garnish.

1.

Disconnect battery ground cable.

2.

Remove left and right front pillar trims.

3.

Remove defroster garnish using a suitable screwdriver in places shown in Fig. 15.

4.

Disconnect photosensor electrical connector at center of defroster garnish.

5.

Remove instrument cluster hood plugs using a suitable screwdriver.

6.

Remove instrument cluster hood attaching screws, then the cluster hood.

7.

Remove instrument cluster attaching screws, then pull cluster forward and disconnect all electrical connectors.

8.

Remove instrument cluster from instrument panel.

9.

Reverse procedure to install.
