Cutting this wire will allow the A/C controller, under certain conditions, to increase the speed of the condenser cooling fan.

Reconnect the connector to the A/C controller then reconnect the heater resistor connector.
8.
In the reverse order of removal, reinstall the I/P components removed in step 3.
9.
Test to verify improved A/C cool-down performance.
