Align the top screw hole and ensure that the tab of the sash is properly aligned in its notch. Then secure the top screw (1) finger tight.
Loosely install the bottom sash retaining screw (2).

Loosely install the center screw (3) and then torque the all three screws to spec.

Install the runchannel pushing it down between the door window sash and the glass as shown in the photo at the left. Ensure there are no gaps in
the area where the edge protector runchannel and quarter glass meet the door frame. Ensure that the runchannel has a smooth appearance.

Reinstall the waterproof film. Ensure that there are no gaps in the adhesive holding it to the door.

4.

Reinstall the inner and outer beltline moldings. Reinstall the retaining screw for the front of the outer belt line molding.

5.

Reinstall the door trim. Pay special attention to ensuring that the electrical connector and door release cables are properly installed.

6.

Reconnect the battery.

7.

Reset the radio presets.

Confirmation

Confirm that all items affected by the repair procedure function correctly and fit properly.

Roll the windows up and down several times to ensure smooth travel.

Ensure that the door locks function correctly and that the doors latch unlatch lock and unlock correctly. Ensure that the child safety locks
function correctly.

Ensure the audio speakers are heard clearly.

^

Drive the vehicle to insure that there is no wind noise from the repaired areas.
