STEP 24. Check the wiring harness between power window main switch connector E-05 and rear power window sub-switch (LH) connector
E-08.
NOTE: Also check intermediate connectors, D-15, C-127 and C-17. If intermediate connector D-15, C-127 or C-17 is damaged, repair or replace the
connector as described in Harness Connector Inspection.
Q: Is the wiring harness between power window main switch connector E-05 and rear power sub-switch (LH) connector E-08 in good condition?
YES: Replace the power window main switch. When the rear power window sub-switch (LH) is operated, the rear power window (LH) should open
or close normally.
NO: Repair the wiring harness. When the rear power window sub-switch (LH) is operated, the rear power window (LH) should open or close
normally.
STEP 25. Check at rear power window sub-switch (LH) connector E-08 in order to check the ground circuit to the rear power window
sub-switch (LH).
1. Disconnect rear power window sub-switch (LH) connector E-08, and measure at the harness side.
2. Measure the resistance value between terminal 8 and ground.

The measured value should be 2 Ohm or less.
Q: Does the measured resistance value correspond with this range?
YES: Go to Step 28.
NO: Go to Step 26.
