F). The A/C switch should be OFF for this procedure.

b. Turn off the ignition switch.

c. Repeat the following steps 3 times:

Start the engine.

Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position and wait at least 10 seconds.

Restart the engine.

d. After the third start leave the engine running and allow it to idle for a minimum of 10 minutes. The ETV Relearn Procedure is complete.

10. Turn off the ignition switch and disconnect the MUT-III.

11. Operate the vehicle under the conditions described by the freeze frame data recorded in Step 1 of the Repair Procedure and confirm DTCs do not

reset.

12. If DTCs reset diagnose and repair as per the service manual.
