Check the ground wires for open circuit.
Q: Is the wiring harness between accessory socket (front floor console) connector C-28 terminal No.1 and the ground in good condition?
YES : Go to Step 10.
NO : Repair the wiring harness.
STEP 9. Check the wiring harness between accessory socket (rear floor console) connector C-24 terminal No.1 and the ground.

Check the body ground wires for open circuit.
NOTE: Check C-26 intermediate connector, and repair if necessary.
Q: Is the wiring harness between accessory socket (rear floor console) connector C-24 terminal No.1 and the ground in good condition?
YES : Go to Step 10.
NO : Repair the wiring harness.
STEP 10. Retest the system
Check if the accessory socket power is turned ON.
Q: Is the check result normal?
YES : The trouble can be an intermittent malfunction. (Refer to How to use Troubleshooting/inspection sevice points - How to cope with
Intermittent Malfunction).
NO : Replace the accessory socket.
