Fill the cooling system with a clean, properly mixed ratio (normally 50/50) of coolant and water. Do not use cooling system additives designed to
prevent leaks.
!CAUTION
If the heating element is operated while not immersed in coolant, it will quickly burn out and the block heater will be inoperable.
