Clutch Pedal Assembly: Adjustments

Fig. 3 Clutch Pedal Height & Clevis Pin Play
1. Measure clutch pedal height (A) and clutch pedal clevis pin play (B), Fig. 3.
2. Clutch pedal height (A) should be 6.4-6.5 inches.
3. Clevis pin play (B) should be 0.04-0.12 inch.
4. If either (A) or (B) are not within correct range, adjust as follows:

a. Turn and adjust bolt so pedal height is correct, then secure by tightening locknut, Fig. 4.
b. Disconnect clutch switch connector and turn switch for standard clutch pedal height, then lock with locknut.
