This is a revision of TSB-88-08-018 issued in September, 1988. Please discard the original issue and use this one in its place.
PURPOSE
This Bulletin is to inform you of updates to the 1989 Galant and Mirage Service manuals. Three changes need to be made concerning the Self Diagnosis
connector. Two changes are to a Self Diagnostic terminal number referred to in the Fuel System section, and the associated text. The third change is to
the indicated location of the Self Diagnosis connector when referring to the Electronic Power Steering control components. As reference to this bulletin,
please write the TSB number in the revision box at the bottom of page 14-31 and 19-14 in Volume 1 and page 8-169 in Volume 2, 1989 Galant Service
Manual, and page 14-33 in Volume 1, 1989 Mirage Service Manual.
