PURPOSE This bulletin presents the correct procedure for removing and installing the Mirage body side moulding.

PROCEDURE
I.
REMOVAL (FOR REPLACEMENT)
1.
Heat the moulding to 140-160 degrees F. with a heat gun and pull it free (Fig. 1).
NOTE:
^ Wear gloves

Don't overheat
^
Never re-use a moulding removed this way.

Wipe off tape adhesive after spraying with 3M Woodgrain And Stripe Remover #08908 or wiping with methyl-ethyl ketone (Fig. 2).
