Fan Blade: Service and Repair

1.

Disconnect battery ground cable.

2.

Disconnect fan motor and thermo sensor electrical connector.

3.

Remove fan motor and shroud assembly attaching bolts, then the fan motor and shroud assembly.

4.

Remove fan blade attaching bolt(s), then the fan blade.

5.

Remove fan motor to shroud attaching bolts, then the fan motor from shroud.

6.

Reverse procedure to install.
