PARK/NEUTRAL SWITCH ADJUSTMENT

PURPOSE
This bulletin replaces the Park/Neutral switch adjustment procedures shown in the 1993-1994 Mirage service manual.
Please make the indicated revisions to the service manual and write this Technical Service Bulletin number in the TSB revision box on the affected
service manual pages.
SERVICE MANUAL REVISION

Please cross out the procedure shown on the affected pages and write in "REFER TO TSB-93-23-006 FOR ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE".
REVISED ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
1.
Firmly set the vehicle's parking brake.
2.
Place the shfft lever in the "N" position.
3.
Loosen the transaxle control cable to manual control lever coupling nut. This will allow for free movement of the manual control lever.
4.
Place the manual control lever in the neutral position.
5.
Loosen the Park/Neutral position switch mounting bolts.
