Gently pull the inner cable to remove any slack from the cable.

With tension still on the cable, move the stopper until the distance "L" shown in the illustration is between 0.5-1.5 mm (0.2-0.6 in.), then crimp the
stopper to secure it into position on the cable.

Slide the dust cover back to its proper position.

6.

Connect the inner cable to the throttle body. Make any necessary adjustments to the throttle cable by using the procedures in the service manual.
