Parking Brake Warning Switch: Testing and Inspection
Located At Base Of Lever
1. Remove the floor console.
2. Check for continuity between the parking brake switch terminal and the switch mounting bolt.

When parking brake lever is pulled there should be continuity.

When parking brake lever is released there should be no continuity.
2. Replace as necessary.
