Montero V6-3.8L SOHC (2005)
1. Do not disconnect RV meter connector D-07.
2. Measure the voltage between terminal 26 and ground by backprobing.
Q: Is the voltage approximately 12 volts (battery positive voltage)?
YES: There is no action to be taken.
NO: Go to Step 3.
STEP 3.Check RV meter connector D-07 for loose, corroded or damaged terminals, or terminals pushed back in the connector.
Q: Are RV meter connector D-07 in good condition?
YES: Go to Step 4.
NO: Repair or replace it. Refer to Harness Connector Inspection. The RV meter display should operate normally.
