Front Wheel Alignment

Adjust camber by adjusting number of shims between upper arm shaft and arm post of side frame. A 0.039 inch adjustment of shim thickness provides
approximately 13 minutes adjustment of camber, Fig. 1.
Caster
Adjustment of caster on these vehicles is made by turning the eccentrics on upper arm shaft. A half turn of upper arm shaft will cause 0.049 inch fore or
aft movement of upper arm shaft, resulting in 3 3/4° caster adjustment.
Toe-In

1. Adjust toe-in by turning left and right tie rod turnbuckles equal amounts in opposite directions, Fig. 2.
2. Toe-in on left wheel is reduced by turning tie rod toward front of vehicle or increased by turning tie rod toward rear of vehicle. Toe-in on right
wheel is reduced by turning tie rod toward rear of vehicle or increased by turning tie rod toward front of vehicle. A half turn of turnbuckles
