Throttle Valve Cable/Linkage: Adjustments
1. Check engine idle speed and adjust as necessary.
2. Ensure throttle lever and throttle cable bracket are not bent or deformed.

3. Measure distance between inner cable stopper and cover end, Fig. 3, with accelerator pedal fully depressed. Distance should be 0.4 inches or less.
4. If distance is not as specified, adjust nut until specification is reached.
