Wiper Relay: Testing and Inspection
1. With column switch connected, turn ignition switch to ACC position.
2. On models without variable intermittent controls, wipers should cycle at approximately 3-6 second intervals.
3. On models with variable intermittent controls, wipers should cycle approximately every three seconds on "fast" or 12 seconds on "slow".
