STEP 2. Check dome light connector E-20 <vehicles with sunroof> or E-21 <vehicles without sunroof>, cargo space light connector E-16 and
ETACS-ECU connector D-27 for loose, corroded or damaged terminals, or terminals pushed back in the connector.
Q: Are dome light connector E-20 <vehicles with sunroof> or E-21 <vehicles without sunroof>, cargo space light connector E-16 and ETACS-ECU
connector D-27 in good condition?
YES: Go to Step 3.
NO: Repair or replace them. Refer to Harness Connector Inspection. The dome light should illuminate.
