STEP 10. Check the harness wires between antenna motor-ECU connector C-34 and radio and tape player connector C-62.

If the harness wires, between antenna motor-ECU C-34 and radio and tape player C-62 are damaged, repair them. Check that the malfunction is
eliminated.
If the harness wires are in good condition, go to Step 11

STEP 11. Check the antenna motor-ECU power supply circuit. (Fusible link number 6)

1. Disconnect antenna motor-ECU connector C-34 and measure at harness side.
2. Measure the voltage between terminal number 2 and ground.

Voltage should be approximately 12 volts (battery positive voltage)

If not approximately 12 volts, go to Step 12.
If approximately 12 volts, go to Step 13. If 12 volts measured in both Steps 5 and 6, replace the motor antenna for excessive power
consumption. Check that the malfunction is eliminated. If the malfunction still exists, replace the antenna motor-ECU for limiting current flow.
Check that the malfunction is eliminated.

STEP 12. Check the harness wires between fusible link number 6 and antenna motor-ECU connector C-34.

If the harness wires between fusible link number 6 and antenna motor-ECU C-34 are damaged, repair them. Check that the malfunction is eliminated.
If the harness wires are in good condition, go to Step 13.
