MANUAL TRANSMISSION OIL REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the filler plug.
2. Remove the drain plug and drain the oil.
3. <In case of V5MT1>
Coat the thread of the drain plug with Three Bond 1105D or equivalent and tighten to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 69 Nm (51 ft. lbs.)
<In case of R5M21> Tighten the drain plug to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 32 Nm (24 ft. lbs.)
4. Fill with oil till the level comes to the lower portion of filler plug hole.
Specified oil: Hypoid gear oil SAE 75W-90W or 75W-85W conforming to API classification GL-4
Quantity: 2.3 dm3 (2.4 quarts)
5. <In case of V5MT1>
Coat the thread of the filler plug with Three Bond 1105D or equivalent and tighten to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 69 Nm (51 ft. lbs.)
<In case of R5M21> Tighten the filler plug to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 32 Nm (24 ft. lbs.)
